About the Customer
Walmart is one of the world’s largest retail, eCommerce, and grocery chains. With approximately 11,500 locations in 27 countries, it’s mission is to combine affordability and quality in all products sold to the public. But - they wanted to level-up their game with online delivery services, like Amazon Prime. So, they decided to launch something super convenient for customers during the festive season.
Challenge
To keep up with its rival, Amazon, Walmart launched an at-home grocery delivery and curbside service in fall 2019. They needed this service promoted during the winter holiday with photographs of the service. These photographs would be used in an advertising campaign across social media platforms to promote their newly launched services.
Our Goals
Capture the ordering process using the Walmart app
Capture the process of packing and delivering the goods to the customer’s front door
Show the customer’s satisfaction with a stress-free, time-saving process
Solutions & Outcomes
We successfully promoted a fun holiday campaign. Walmart ended up having loads of customers enjoying their new, convenient service during the holiday season, which is the busiest time of the year. Customers saw that this service meant they could enjoy no queues, no traffic, and more time with their families.
